Ingredients

  • 4 slices of swordfish meat (400 grams)

  • 45 ml of lemon juice

  • 2 grams of dried sage

  • 30 ml of canola oil (2 teaspoons)

  • 1 minced garlic clove

  • A pinch of salt and pepper

  • 2 lemons cut into quarters

  • Parsley for decoration

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill. Then place the oven rack about 4 inches from the heat source, and then spray a tray with baking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and sage, and beat well with a fork until combined. The fish fillets are brushed with the mixture.
  3. Then the fish slices are placed on the tray prepared for baking and then placed in the oven. The slices are cooked until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.
  4. The cooked fish fillets are then transferred to serving dishes. Squeeze half a lemon on each fish fillet and garnish with parsley.
