Instructions
- Preheat the grill. Then place the oven rack about 4 inches from the heat source, and then spray a tray with baking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and sage, and beat well with a fork until combined. The fish fillets are brushed with the mixture.
- Then the fish slices are placed on the tray prepared for baking and then placed in the oven. The slices are cooked until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.
