Ingredients
- 15 ml of rapeseed oil
- 700g boneless chicken thighs (about 5), cut into pieces (5cm each)

- 450 grams of mushrooms, cleaned and cut into thin slices
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet at medium heat, and season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in skillet on both sides until browned, about 6 minutes. Then it is transferred to another plate.
- Add mushrooms and asparagus with 250ml water, and season with salt and pepper.
- Then cook all together at once, scraping up brown bits as they appear, until vegetables are just set and tender, about 5 minutes.
- Then add the chicken pieces; The mixture is cooked for about two minutes.
