Grilled kofta is one of many people's favorite recipes. We present to you this recipe with the addition of some distinctive flavors of the traditional recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 600 gm of minced beef
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Half a teaspoon of ground coriander
  • Half a teaspoon of cumin powder
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Half a tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • 4 radish units
  • parsley bouquet
  • 4 lettuce leaves

 

Instructions:

  1.  Chop the garlic and parsley, and add them to the minced meat
  2. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and spices.
  3. The mixture is formed in the form of fingers around the skewers, and left to harden in a cool place.
  4. Grill the skewers for ten minutes.
  5. Tomatoes, radishes and cucumbers are cut into cubes, along with shredded lettuce.
  6. Mix the ingredients together, and season with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
